Rescheduling is free up to 14 days prior to workshop date if attendee reschedules to attend on the next workshop date with available seating. All other rescheduling requests may be subject to a $75 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests are subject to a $75 administration fee.
Please contact us as soon as possible if a substitute attendee will be sent in your place. Cancellation refunds are processed 15 days following the workshop.
Refunds: There will be no refunds after attending the workshop unless covered by our guarantee.
